Worship Ministry Consultation is designed to help churches assess, strengthen, and grow their worship ministries in both spiritual depth and practical execution. Whether you're building a team from the ground up, navigating transition, or simply seeking to enhance your current worship culture, I come alongside you to offer insight, encouragement, and strategy. 

A consultation typically includes:

• Assessment of current worship structure and culture

• Evaluation of team health, musical skill sets, and spiritual development

• Review of worship flow, song selection, and theological alignment

• Coaching for worship leaders, musicians, and tech teams

• Recommendations for tools, systems, and resources (e.g., Planning Center, ProPresenter, multitracks, scheduling, and communication)

• Ongoing support via calls, Zoom meetings, or on-site visits

This process is highly collaborative. My goal is not to impose a specific model, but to help your church identify and implement sustainable, Christ-centered practices that fit your context and align with your mission. Whether it's a one-time consultation or an ongoing coaching relationship, I’m here to serve your team with humility and clarity.

I offer flexible consultation packages tailored to your church’s needs and ministry context. Whether you're looking for a one-time assessment or ongoing coaching, the goal is to provide practical, Spirit-led support that strengthens your worship culture.

One-Time Consultation – $200

Includes:

• 1-hour virtual meeting (Zoom or phone)

• Pre-meeting questionnaire & worship assessment

• Follow-up action plan and recommendations

On-Site Consultation – $800 + travel

Includes:

• Full day on-site visit (up to 6 hours)

• Observation of rehearsal or service (if applicable)

• Team meeting or training session

• Written evaluation with customized recommendations

• One follow-up virtual session

Ongoing Coaching – $250/month

Includes:

• Two 45-minute virtual sessions per month

• Continued review of worship systems, set building, and leadership growth

• Direct access for questions or support via email

• Personalized guidance for team development and spiritual leadership
