With over 20 years of experience in worship ministry, I offer interim worship leadership to churches navigating seasons of change—whether between hires, during sabbaticals, or for short-term needs.

As an Interim Worship Pastor, I bring stability, vision, and spiritual leadership to your worship ministry. My heart is to care for your team, lead with authenticity, and align with your church’s mission and teaching. I’m comfortable working with existing volunteers, building worship sets that complement your teaching series, and helping maintain unity and excellence during the in-between..

Whether your church needs someone for a few weeks or a few months, I can serve on-site or consult remotely to help you create meaningful, Christ-centered worship experiences. 

Every church is unique - some have the financial means to invest in a structured interim role, while others are smaller or in transition themselves. I’m committed to partnering with churches of all sizes and budgets. Below is a general breakdown of rates and flexibility based on your church’s situation: 

Standard Rate for Short-Term Leadership 

• Short Term Interim Leadership – $700 per week
  Includes leading Sunday services, rehearsals, set planning, team communication, staff meetings, and spiritual leadership.

• Weekend Services Only – $350 per Sunday
  For churches needing short-term or one-time fill-in support.

• Remote Support / Planning  – $200 per week
  Includes service planning through Planning Center website, ProPresenter, tracks, etc. (remote only).
  
  

Travel costs (mileage, lodging, etc.) may apply for locations outside of Brevard County, FL.
